Manager - Supply Chain

Role Overview :'

As a Supply Chain Manager, you will oversee the end-to-end flow of goods, ensuring that inventory levels and logistics operations are perfectly aligned with business demand. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including procurement, sales, and warehouse operations, to synchronize activities and mitigate supply chain risks. Your primary impact will be driving cost efficiency and improving fulfillment accuracy, directly influencing the company's bottom line and customer satisfaction metrics.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Manage inventory levels at warehouses across India, ensuring optimal stock mix and quantity.

- Develop and maintain relationships with vendors to improve supply chain efficiency.

- Plan and execute logistics operations, including transportation, storage, and delivery of materials.

- Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for cost savings in procurement processes.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize production planning, scheduling, and quality control.

- Strong interpersonal skills to effectively manage stakeholder relationships, negotiate with vendors, and lead cross-functional teams toward shared objectives.

- Exceptional problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to remain composed and decisive when navigating supply chain disruptions or operational crises.

- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Engineering, or a related field, complemented by 6 to 11 years of professional experience in high-paced environments.
