Manager, Supply Chain Systems Development (AI/ML & Data)
Salary: $7,500 – $9,500 per month
About the role
Join a leading logistics and supply chain organization as a Manager, Supply Chain Systems Development, where you will lead the development of intelligent, AI-driven solutions that transform supply chain operations. You will work across AI/ML, software engineering and data platforms, leading technical teams and partnering with business stakeholders to develop solutions across demand forecasting, procurement, warehousing and logistics optimization.
Key responsibilities
Lead the design, development and integration of AI-driven supply chain solutions.
Develop ML solutions for demand/inventory forecasting, procurement and logistics optimization.
Lead and mentor software and AI/ML engineers, promoting strong architecture, coding and MLOps practices.
Work with stakeholders and customers to understand business challenges and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
Drive process improvement and automation using AI and data-driven approaches.
Build and implement data platforms, data lakes and ML pipelines to support production AI applications.
Provide technical leadership across complex, multi-phase projects and communicate roadmaps and outcomes to senior stakeholders.
About you
Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Industrial Engineering, Operations Research or a related discipline.
5+ years of software engineering experience, including 3+ years in AI/ML development.
Proficient in Python programming skills across ML modelling and backend development.
Experience with time-series forecasting and/or optimisation techniques.
Hands-on experience with Databricks, data lakes or modern data platforms.
Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure or GCP, containerization and MLOps/CI/CD.
Experience in supply chain, logistics, inventory, procurement, warehousing or distribution is a plus.
Experience with SAP, Oracle or WMS integrations will be a plus.
Strong technical leadership, stakeholder management and communication skills
