Manager, Support Specialist - SAP Financials
Job Summary:
To support Finance Department on (SAP) system implemented for Cenviro Group. To extend same support level to all subsidiaries on matters related to new SAP system especially in the area of Finance and controlling. (SAP Financials)
Job Description:
Knowledge from implementation based on the reading of Blueprint documents for Finance and controlling module.
Ability to support in all business processes that is related to Finance operations, daily, monthly and yearly closing activities
Overall champion in the Finance & Controlling module.
To train a backup resource for succession planning.
Ensure closure of issues logged within a reasonable timeline.
Understanding the business requirement of the organisation.
Validate the reports requirements.
Validate any changes in system with system owner before embarking on the changes.
Providing training to end user.
Sorting out day to day queries of end users.
Enhancement of the SAP for end user based on requirement.
Organise monthly PMO meetings and send updates to all users on the PMO meeting minutes.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree In Computer Science IT.
SAP FICO experience as end user and implementation analyst in the following sub modules of GL, AP, AR and Asset Accounting together with knowledge in Controlling module for budgeting exercise.
Good knowledge in computer applications, especially SAP Financials module, knowledge of financial back end processes and integration knowledge between Finance modules and all other related modules within SAP.
Able to troubleshoot financial postings, and request assistance from SAP Global support when in doubt.
Ability to deal with user requests and analyse the requirement before committing the changes to the system.
Resourceful and finding solution from other resources apart from Software support , SAP global support.
