We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Manager (Talent Acquisition) to join our team at Converse Placement Services India Pvt. Ltd. This role is pivotal in leading our recruitment efforts, particularly in lateral and bulk hiring within the BPO sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruitment, with a proven track record of managing a team of recruiters effectively.
As a Manager (Talent Acquisition), you will be responsible for overseeing the recruitment process, ensuring that we attract and hire the best talent to meet our clients' needs. You will lead a team of at least 10 recruiters, providing guidance and support to enhance their performance and achieve recruitment targets. Your role will also involve client handling, where you will work closely with clients to understand their hiring requirements and deliver tailored recruitment solutions.
Key responsibilities include:
1. Leading and managing the recruitment team to ensure efficient and effective hiring processes.
2. Developing and implementing recruitment strategies to attract top talent in the industry.
3. Conducting interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' suitability for various roles.
4. Collaborating with clients to understand their specific hiring needs and providing regular updates on recruitment progress.
5. Ensuring compliance with recruitment policies and procedures.
6. Providing training and mentorship to team members to enhance their skills and performance.
