You will keep our recruiting engine running seamlessly, elevate candidate and hiring manager experiences, and lead and develop a high-performing talent coordination team.

- Establish, document, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), SLAs, and team workflows in our internal knowledge base to scale interview capacity effectively during periods of rapid growth.
- Provide direct leadership, coaching, and professional development to the talent coordination team, driving operational excellence across ATS workflows and candidate logistics.
