Manager - Talent Acquisition - Sales Hiring

Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition professional to lead frontline sales hiring in Gurgaon. The role involves managing high-volume recruitment, building strong pipelines, and leveraging hiring analytics to drive efficiency and effectiveness in talent acquisition.

Key Responsibilities:

- Own end-to-end recruitment for frontline sales roles across regions.

- Develop and execute volume hiring strategies to meet aggressive business targets.

- Partner with business leaders to understand manpower requirements and deliver on time.

- Drive sourcing through multiple channels (job portals, social media, referrals, campus, walk-ins).

- Implement and monitor recruitment metrics, dashboards, and hiring analytics to improve efficiency.

- Ensure a seamless candidate experience and strengthen employer branding.

- Manage vendor relationships and recruitment partners for bulk hiring.

- Lead and mentor a small team of recruiters to achieve hiring goals.

Qualifications:

- MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent.

- 8-18 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with strong exposure to volume hiring.

- Proven track record in frontline sales hiring (FMCG, Telecom, BFSI, Retail, or similar industries).

- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret hiring data and drive insights.

- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience with ATS and HR analytics tools.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

- Strong negotiation and influencing skills.

Location:

- Gurgaon (with regional travel as required).
