Rate Range: Upto $91/hr on W2
Work Authorization: GC, USC, All valid EADs except H1B, OPT, CPT
Must Have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field.
- CPA or equivalent professional accounting qualification.
- At least 4 years of relevant accounting experience in public accounting or industry.
- Significant experience conducting technical accounting research and documenting conclusions.
- Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and/or IFRS.
- Experience with accounting memos, white papers, policy documentation, and technical analyses.
- Strong project management, analytical, written, and verbal communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Advise business units on complex technical accounting matters and transactions.
- Support accounting research, financial modeling, contract reviews, and transaction analyses.
- Prepare accounting memoranda, white papers, FAQs, policies, and procedures.
- Research and support the implementation of new IFRS standards and accounting policies.
- Review complex transactions involving revenue recognition, mergers and acquisitions, business combinations, film accounting, and leases.
- Collaborate with Finance, Legal, Business Development, Tax, Internal Audit, and external auditors.
- Support quarterly and annual financial statement reviews and audit activities.
- Assist with accounting training for Finance teams.
- Define and implement future-state accounting processes.
- Support due diligence, transaction-related projects, and other Finance initiatives.
- Manage multiple workstreams independently and meet project deadlines.
- Use Microsoft Office, analytical tools, and AI-enabled technologies to improve research and documentation processes.

- Strong technical accounting research and documentation experience.
- Ability to interpret accounting standards and apply them to complex transactions.
- Experience working with cross-functional business and Finance teams.
- Ability to explain technical accounting concepts to stakeholders with different levels of expertise.
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and follow-through.
- Ability to adapt to changing business needs and Agile project environments.
Nice to Have
- Direct IFRS experience.
- Experience reviewing complex contracts and accounting arrangements.
- Experience with revenue recognition, business combinations, leases, mergers and acquisitions, or film accounting.
- Experience supporting global reporting requirements.
- Working knowledge of AI tools and emerging technologies used for accounting research and process improvement.
