Job Overview
The Manager – Technical will oversee technical projects, support sustainability standards development, coordinate committee activities, and manage stakeholder engagement to ensure effective project delivery and compliance with international best practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and deliverables.
- Support research, development, and implementation of sustainability standards.
- Coordinate technical committees, meetings, workshops, and events.
- Prepare meeting agendas, minutes, reports, and project documentation.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and ensure alignment with international best practices.
- Oversee project execution and evaluate outcomes.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Member of CA Sri Lanka.
- Master's degree or MBA preferred; Law qualification is an added advantage.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience; international audit firm experience is an advantage.
- Experience in project management, standards development, and event coordination.
- Knowledge of sustainability standards and project management tools.
- Strong communication, organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
