Team and Position Summary:

At Walmart Connect, we are committed to building a best-in-class revenue operations function that powers advertiser success across our owned and operated platforms. The China Revenue Operations team supports Walmart Connect's growth ambitions in the China market — driving advertiser campaign excellence, operational quality, and cross-functional collaboration across Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Video, and Onsite Display advertising.

As a Senior, Revenue Operations, you will serve as a subject matter expert and process lead within the China RevOps team. You will independently manage complex campaign operations, drive data-driven process improvements, mentor junior associates, and partner with Product, Engineering and Product teams to deliver exceptional advertising experiences. You will be a key contributor to operational excellence standards, quality benchmarking, and the continuous evolution of Walmart Connect's advertising operations in China.

Position Responsibilities:

· Own day-to-day campaign operations across Walmart Connect's advertising products (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Video, Onsite Display) for China-based advertisers and agency partners.

· Act as the primary point of contact (POC) for assigned advertiser portfolios managing end-to-end tickets such as, Set-Up, Campaign Performance, Billing, optimization, and reporting.

· Independently handle escalations from Sales/Partner management team, and direct advertisers; provide timely, data-backed resolutions with minimal guidance from leadership.

· Maintain and publish individual and team KPIs (SLA adherence, quality scores, First Response Time) on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis; surface actionable insights to management.

· Lead process improvement initiatives identify operational gaps, author or update SOPs and Confluence documentation, and drive adoption of new workflows and tools across the China RevOps team.

· Conduct root cause analyses (RCAs) for Escalations from Sales Team, AM/CM team (campaign delivery issues, reporting discrepancies, and quality misses) develop and implement corrective action plans.

· Collaborate with Walmart Connect's Ad Policy, Product, and Engineering teams to surface bugs, advocate for platform improvements, and ensure China market requirements are represented in roadmap discussions.

· Serve as a mentor and go-to resource for junior associates (Level J and I); own new hire onboarding, technical training, and skills development programs for the China team.

· Support keyword moderation, creative policy reviews, and ad quality audits in alignment with Walmart Connect's advertising policy standards and China regulatory requirements.

· Drive cross-functional collaboration with global RevOps counterparts (India, US) to establish operational parity, share best practices, and contribute to global-scale program initiatives.

· Communicate proactively and professionally with internal and external stakeholders across geographies; adapt communication style for cultural and business context in the China market.

Position Requirements:

Minimum Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Computer Science, or an equivalent field.

· 5–8 years of experience in digital advertising operations, revenue operations, or a related role within an ad tech, e-commerce, or media company.

· Hands-on experience with Sponsored Search, Sponsored Products, or Sponsored Brand/Video self-serve advertising platforms or Relevant domain experience.

· Proven ability to independently manage complex, multi-stakeholder projects and deliver results with minimal supervision.

· Strong analytical skills ability to interpret performance data, identify trends, and translate insights into action plans.

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Mandarin (Chinese); ability to manage stakeholder communications across cultures and time zones.

· Solid understanding of digital advertising metrics: CTR, ROAS, ACOS, CPC, Impressions, Add-to-Cart (ATC), NTB%, conversion rates, and viewability.

· Experience authoring SOPs, process documentation, and operational playbooks.

· Proficiency in campaign management tools, ad trafficking platforms (WAC or equivalent), and data reporting/visualization tools (Excel, Tableau, Looker, or equivalent).

· Willingness to operate in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment and adapt to rapidly shifting business priorities.

Additional Qualifications:

· Experience in China's digital advertising ecosystem (JD.com, Tmall, or similar platforms).

· Familiarity with Walmart Connect's advertising product suite (Onsite, Offsite, Instore, DSP).

· Experience with campaign trafficking across Display and Search platforms.

· Proven track record of driving process efficiency, automation, or tooling improvements.

· Experience mentoring or leading a small team of operations professionals.
