You’ll shape the technology vision and roadmap for your area, partner across teams to deliver exceptional end-user experiences, and grow a high-performing team that consistently delivers business value.

As a Manager, Technology Product & Solutions, you will…

• Set strategy and roadmap by translating business capabilities into a clear technology vision, priorities, and delivery plans.

• Own solution delivery and sustainment by aligning scope, budget, and resources; guiding application configuration and services; and partnering across architecture, engineering, and QA through deployment and 24x7 support.

• Lead teams and outcomes by coaching and developing talent, driving operational excellence (root cause + trends), and managing vendor relationships and SLA performance.
