The ideal candidate must have the ability to manage established artists as well as developing younger talent using previous experience and an understanding of the market. The right person will be able to work independently while also being a good team player.

Responsibilities include:

• Artist Management - meeting the needs of high level and developing artists
• Achieve financial targets/goals
• Negotiate usage fees
• Build upon existing contacts and relationships
• Develop and maintain client, artist and editorial relationships
• Explore new business opportunities

Requirements:

• Solid Agent experience
• Proven ability to create leads, negotiate and close deals
• Specialised knowledge of the editorial market
• Savvy team player with management experience
• Strong written and verbal skills
• Ability to prioritise and meet tight deadlines while demonstrating poise, resourcefulness and the highest level of professionalism
