Job Summary
A Manager Trainee will work under and assist managers in completing daily tasks. A Manager Trainee should acquire all essential knowledge to become future managers at Inline Electric Supply. A Manager Trainee should be proficient in Microsoft Office and prior managerial experience is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Work under management to develop managerial skills
- Complete all assigned tasks and assist with day-to-day operations
- Assist managers in completing daily tasks
- Understand each department's daily processes and goals
- Provide administrative support as needed
- Participate in meetings, workshops, and other learning opportunities
- Completion of an in-depth training program that will include travel is required
- Perform all other duties as assigned by leadership team and upper management
Required Skills
- Able to multitask
- Able to work independently or in a team setting
- Basic computer skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Organizational skills
Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management is preferred
- Prior managerial experience is preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent
- No history of drug or alcohol abuse
- Valid driver's license with approved motor vehicle report
Physical Requirements
- Ability to sit, stand, or walk for prolonged periods of time
- Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull 30lbs or more
- Ability to speak and listen clearly and effectively
- Ability to occasionally work in extreme weather conditions
