Manager, Treasury and Capital Management

Manager - Treasury
POSITION SUMMARY
The Treasury Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily treasury operations of Atlas Healthcare Partners and its network of joint ventures (JVs), ambulatory surgery centers (ASCs), and affiliated entities. This role partners closely with Finance, Accounting, Operations, Development, Legal, and external banking partners to optimize liquidity, support growth initiatives, maintain strong internal controls, and ensure efficient management of banking and cash management activities.The Treasury Manager reports to the Director of Treasury and provides leadership across cash management, banking administration, forecasting, treasury operations, and treasury process improvement.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Cash & Liquidity Management

Manage daily cash positioning and liquidity across Atlas and affiliated entities.
Oversee cash concentration, account funding, ACH, wire, and other treasury transactions.
Monitor available liquidity and recommend funding strategies.
Partner with Accounting, FP&A, Ops, and Development to support working capital management.

Cash Forecasting & Financial Planning

Develop, maintain, and enhance short-term and long-term cash forecasts.
Support liquidity modeling, capital planning, and balance sheet forecasting.
Identify liquidity risks and recommend mitigation strategies.
Prepare treasury reporting and executive-level analyses.

Banking & Treasury Operations

Lead the establishment, maintenance, and closure of bank accounts.
Manage banking relationships and drive banking optimization initiatives.
Oversee bank account structures, signatory management, user administration, and treasury system access controls.
Support implementation of banking products, technologies, and treasury management solutions.

Joint Venture & Growth Support

Support treasury needs associated with new ASC developments, acquisitions, and JV integrations.
Coordinate banking, cash management, and treasury onboarding activities for new entities.
Assist with debt facilities, lines of credit, and financing activities.
Partner with Development and Operations teams to support organizational growth initiatives.

Risk Management & Internal Controls

Maintain and enhance treasury policies, procedures, and internal controls.
Ensure compliance with organizational policies, banking requirements, and regulatory standards.
Support fraud prevention initiatives, segregation of duties, and treasury governance practices.
Participate in internal and external audit activities as required.

Process Improvement & Treasury Transformation

Identify opportunities to improve treasury processes, reporting, and automation.
Lead initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and reduce manual processes.
Drive standardization of treasury practices across the organization.
Support treasury technology implementations and system enhancements.

Leadership & Team Development

Supervise Treasury Analysts and other assigned personnel.
Establish performance goals, provide coaching, and support professional development.
Foster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and customer service excellence.
Promote collaboration across Treasury, Finance, Accounting, and Operations teams

Performs all functions according to established policies, procedures, regulatory and accreditation requirements, as well as applicable professional standards. Provides all customers with an excellent service experience by consistently demonstrating our core and leader behaviors each and every day.

This position has full managerial scope and authority for employment actions, including coaching, candidate selection, training and development, performance appraisals, work assignments, and disciplinary action.

Works independently under general supervision, following defined standards and procedures. Confers with supervisor on unusual situations. External customers include but are not limited to all health system partners, banks, vendors, and independent contractors.

QUALIFICATIONS
Education

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related business field required.
MBA, CTP (Certified Treasury Professional), or equivalent professional designation preferred.

Experience

5+ years of progressive treasury, corporate finance, or banking experience.
Experience with cash forecasting, liquidity management, and banking operations.
Leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
Healthcare, multi-entity, or joint venture experience preferred.

Knowledge & Skills

Strong knowledge of treasury operations, banking products, and cash management practices.
Experience with treasury management systems and ERP platforms.
Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
Demonstrated ability to drive change and improve business processes.
