| Must Have Skills : | 1. Treasury Management and Advisory ? 2. Financial Instruments and Derivatives 3. Hedge Accounting and IFRS 9, IFRS 13, IFRS 7 4. Derivatives Valuation (Interest Rate Swaps, FX, Options, Forward Contracts) 5. Quantitative Risk Modelling and Financial Modelling 6. Market Risk, Credit Risk and Liquidity Risk Management 7. Advanced Excel and experience with Python / R / MATLAB / SQL 8. Client Engagement and Stakeholder Management 9.Team Leadership and Engagement Management |
| Good Have Skills : | 1. Big 4 consulting experience 2. Investment Banking / Financial Services experience 3. CA / CFA / FRM / CPA / CAIA certifications 4. Experience with regulatory frameworks such as CRR III and CRD VI 6. Experience in financial statement reporting and audit 7. Knowledge of valuation methodologies such as Monte Carlo and Hull-White models |
| Roles and Responsibilities : | 1. Lead Treasury, Financial Instruments and Derivatives-related client engagements. 2. Manage hedge accounting assessments and financial instrument valuations. 3. Review and validate quantitative risk models and financial modelling outputs. 4. Assess credit, market and liquidity risks. 5. Ensure compliance with IFRS accounting and regulatory requirements. 6. Manage client relationships and present technical findings and recommendations. 7. Lead, mentor and develop junior team members. 8. Manage engagement delivery, budgets, timelines and quality standards. |
