Role Overview:
Seeking a Strategic Capital Structure & Business Planning Consultant with experience across Telecom, Power, Mining, Pharma, Clean Energy, and Sports sectors. The role includes developing financial structures, supporting strategic business plans, and advising on funding diversification strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design integrated financial models and perform scenario stress-testing.
• Provide advisory services on capital structure optimization and rating agency engagement.
• Assist clients in formulating strategic funding and diversification approaches.
• Guide clients on optimal leverage, dividend policies, and refinancing options.
• Support debt restructuring and alternative capital sourcing.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's or Master's in Finance, Economics, CA or related discipline.
Key Skills & Experience:
• 3-8 years’ experience in capital structuring, financial planning, or strategic advisory.
• Proven experience with financial modeling, stress-testing, and rating agency methodologies.
• Strong knowledge of debt markets, refinancing strategies, and funding diversification.
• Excellent stakeholder management and client-facing skills.
