Get to Know the Role

We are looking for a professional to drive Grab's regional Seller Programme and support user growth plans across GrabMall. This role combines two complementary responsibilities: translating strategy into practical seller programmes that are easy for merchants to understand and adopt, and supporting user acquisition and engagement strategies that grow the GrabMall shopper base.

This role reports to the Head of User Growth and Seller Programme, eCommerce, and will partner with various stakeholders across markets in the region to deliver programmes with real impact.

The Critical Tasks You Will Perform

Seller Programme

  • Seller frameworks and policy: Develop and roll out seller-facing programmes and policies, translating strategy into guidelines and tools that sellers can act on.
  • Seller incentive design: Develop seller incentive programmes that drive platform engagement and commercial growth, balancing regional consistency with market flexibility.
  • Pain point translation: Identify seller pain points through on-ground engagement and qualitative research, translating them into structured business problems and developing scalable programme responses.
  • Stakeholder alignment: Work closely across country leads and cross-functional teams to socialise, refine, and land seller programmes.

User Growth

  • User growth initiatives: Support the end-to-end planning and execution of user growth initiatives for GrabMall, ensuring cross-functional alignment between Ops, Product, and relevant teams.
  • Ecosystem cross-selling: Contribute to strategies that convert the existing Grab user base into active GrabMall shoppers through high-context placements.
  • Campaign management: In partnership with Marketing and Country teams, support the rhythm of the business through high-velocity campaign cadences.

What Essential Skills You Will Need

  • 5 or more years of experience in e-commerce, marketplace, platform operations, strategy or growth marketing.
  • Quantitative discipline with strong business sense and ability to translate analyses to actionable business insights.
  • Proven ability to build operational policies from scratch, balancing strategic and operational requirements.
  • Stakeholder Management: Ability to coordinate between various country teams (Ops), technical teams (Product) and creative teams (Marketing).
  • Prior exposure to seller/merchant programme management, country or category leadership, or cross-market growth roles.
  • Localized Knowledge: Understanding of the SEA landscape (specifically the "Double Day" culture) is a significant plus.
