Manager Value Creation
As Manager (m/f/d) Value Creation in our Pharma Liquid (PHL) business unit, you play an active role in the company's success by realizing our value creation plan in close collaboration with the business unit leadership and the Executive Committee (ExCo). Unlike traditional advisory roles, you will own the execution and see the tangible impact of your work, from strategy design to on-the-ground implementation across our global sites.
- You are responsible for the execution of selected strategic initiatives, partner directly with our global production sites, and translate strategy into action while diving into the entire value chain of our business.
- You support the Director Value Creation & Strategy PHL and the leadership team of the Pharma Liquid business unit in executing a portfolio of strategic initiatives and in continuously improving our strategy execution framework.
- You contribute to the strategic steering of our business unit PHL by preparing leadership offsites and ensuring the execution of follow-up actions across our entities.
- In addition, you work closely with the Director Value Creation & Strategy PHL in managing additional projects commissioned by the ExCo and in handling requests from the private equity investor.
- You hold a degree in business administration, finance, or a related field.
- You bring more than 3 years of relevant professional experience, ideally gained at a top-tier strategy consultancy, in transaction services/M&A, or in corporate development within a PE-backed environment.
- You are characterized by strategic thinking, reliability, assertiveness, and the ability to work under pressure
- Thanks to your excellent communication skills and intercultural competence, you can engage effectively with diverse global stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills, along with a pragmatic approach, complete your profile.
- Fluent English is required; German language skills are a plus.
- Willingness to travel internationally (approx. 10–20%) is required
