About Eudia Counsel

Eudia Counsel is an AI-enabled law firm built to deliver high-quality, scalable legal services through a combination of augmented attorneys and proprietary technology. We partner closely with Eudia’s product and engineering teams to build and refine “customer brain,” enabling consistent, efficient, and business-aligned legal outcomes.

Our model is designed for modern legal work, where data, software, and AI are central to how companies operate. We focus on delivering reliable legal execution while continuously improving how legal services are delivered.

Position Summary

The Managing Attorney runs Eudia Counsel’s day-to-day legal delivery operations, including supervision of attorneys and legal professionals, assignment and management of legal matters, quality assurance, client service, and attorney oversight of AI-enabled legal workflows.

The Managing Attorney may serve as the designated Responsible Attorney for client engagements and ensures that legal work is performed competently, on time, and in line with professional standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and supervise attorneys and other legal professionals performing legal services for Eudia Counsel clients.
  • Serve as Responsible Attorney on assigned engagements and ensure attorney responsibility is established for other legal-services engagements.
  • Review new matters and determine staffing, attorney supervision, expertise, workflow, and quality-control requirements.
  • Assign work based on attorney competence, capacity, jurisdictional requirements, matter complexity, and client needs.
  • Supervise legal work performed by attorneys, paralegals, contractors, and other personnel as professional rules require.
  • Establish and enforce matter-level quality-control standards, including attorney review of AI-generated or AI-assisted work product.
  • Ensure legal advice and deliverables receive substantive attorney review before they go to clients.
  • Monitor active engagements for deadlines, quality issues, staffing needs, scope changes, and client concerns.
  • Work directly with clients and business leads on legal strategy, scope, delivery expectations, and escalation of substantive issues.
  • Coordinate with the Compliance Lawyer on professional-responsibility, conflicts, regulatory, privilege, independence, or other compliance issues.
  • Support hiring, onboarding, training, performance management, and professional development of attorneys and legal-delivery personnel.
  • Partner with business and technology teams to develop AI-enabled legal workflows while keeping human judgment and attorney accountability embedded in delivery.

Qualifications

  • Active Arizona attorney in good standing.
  • Significant experience practicing law, preferably including commercial transactions, contracts, technology, privacy, corporate matters, real estate, or other areas relevant to Eudia Counsel’s client work.
  • Demonstrated experience supervising attorneys or legal teams and reviewing substantive legal work.
  • Strong legal judgment and ability to determine when work requires additional expertise, escalation, or attorney involvement.
  • Experience managing high-volume or process-driven legal work preferred.
  • Familiarity with AI-assisted legal work, legal technology, and alternative legal-service delivery models preferred.
  • Strong client-management, organizational, and leadership skills.

Why Eudia Counsel

You will not only practice law, but also help build the systems and processes that define the next generation of legal delivery.
