Managing Director, Curql Accelerate
You'll lead the programming for the Curql Accelerate Powered by gener8tor Accelerator, sourcing, recruiting and selecting fintech companies for each 12-week hybrid cohort that runs about every nine months. You'll design and execute program content, coach founders directly, and act as the connective tissue between mentors, investors and participating startups. You'll own the recruitment and selection process, working closely with Curql on due diligence, and you'll build and maintain relationships with credit unions and other ecosystem partners to strengthen the support system around your portfolio companies. Three weeks of each cohort take place on-site at credit unions across the country, so you'll be traveling and engaging in person with partners and founders. You'll report to the market's Associate VP of Accelerators while collaborating with gener8tor's centralized support teams, and you'll continue supporting alumni with mentor, sponsor and investor relations even after their program has ended.
