Job Responsibilities
Oversee the overall business operations and strategic development of the company.
Manage engineering, mechanical, scaffolding and construction-related projects.
Develop business opportunities, client relationships and strategic partnerships.
Lead tender submissions, project budgeting, cost control and contract negotiations.
Supervise project teams, manpower planning, procurement and daily operations.
Ensure compliance with Singapore workplace safety and regulatory requirements.
Monitor financial performance, profitability and business growth.
Report to shareholders and oversee company management.
Job Requirements
Relevant experience in engineering, construction or industrial services management.
Strong leadership, business development and project management skills.
Knowledge of Singapore construction industry practices and safety requirements.
Experience in tendering, contract administration and financial management.
Good communication and negotiation skills
