Job Summary
You will mentor and coach exceptionally talented maths olympiad students, lead high-impact initiatives, and collaborate with global stakeholders to drive alignment and operational excellence in a fast-paced, international environment.
Responsibilities
- Coach and guide students participating in National Mathematical Olympiads to achieve competitive excellence
- Participate actively as a member of International Mathematical Olympiad (IMO) delegations and organizational activities
- Lead high-impact coaching initiatives that deliver measurable improvements in student performance and program outcomes
- Facilitate collaboration and alignment among regional and global stakeholders to support strategic goals
- Serve or have served as a member of the IMO Problem Selection Committee, contributing to problem curation and quality
- Identify and implement enhancements to operating models and processes to improve overall program effectiveness and efficiency
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Master’s degree in Advanced Mathematics from Cambridge University or an equivalent top 10 university
- At least two-time medalist at the International Mathematical Olympiad
- Proven ability to lead initiatives across diverse, multicultural student groups worldwide
- Experience collaborating with senior stakeholders within matrix organizations
- Strong commercial mindset with a clear understanding of business performance drivers and planning processes
- Proficient in analyzing data and translating insights into actionable strategies
- Strategic thinker with hands-on execution capability, balancing planning with delivery
