Key Responsibilities
Lead the company's overall business strategy, corporate planning and operational activities.
Identify and evaluate strategic investment and business opportunities in technology-related sectors.
Oversee investment assessment, commercial evaluation, due diligence and portfolio development.
Develop and manage strategic relationships with investors, business partners and industry stakeholders.
Review business performance, financial plans and key operational matters, and implement appropriate business improvements.
Lead commercial negotiations and strategic discussions with key partners and stakeholders.
Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies to identify new investment and business opportunities.
Develop cross-border business opportunities and support the company's growth in Singapore and the wider Asian market.
Requirements
Minimum 8–10 years of professional experience, with substantial experience in senior management, investment management, corporate strategy or business development.
Proven track record in senior management, strategic decision-making and leading business initiatives.
Demonstrated experience in investment evaluation, commercial assessment, due diligence and portfolio development.
Experience in technology-intensive industries, particularly semiconductor or related sectors, will be highly valued.
Experience in developing strategic partnerships and managing senior-level business relationships.
Experience in managing cross-border business or investment activities across Asia will be an advantage.
Strong commercial judgement, leadership and strategic planning capabilities.
