Managing Director

We are a fast-growing e-commerce dedicated to source, purchase, and receive products conveniently through digital platforms. We are seeking an experienced Managing Director to lead the company's strategic growth, operational excellence, and business development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute the company's strategic vision, business objectives, and growth plans.

Oversee overall business operations, including e-commerce, procurement, customer service, logistics, marketing, and finance functions.

Lead the development and expansion of personal shopping and online retail services.

Establish and maintain relationships with suppliers, business partners, logistics providers, and key stakeholders.

Monitor financial performance and implement strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets.

Drive digital transformation initiatives and identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and customer experience.

Ensure compliance with applicable regulatory, corporate governance, and business requirements.

Evaluate market trends, customer preferences, and competitive developments to identify new business opportunities.

Lead, mentor, and develop management teams to achieve organizational goals.

Oversee budgeting, resource allocation, and risk management activities.

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration/Information systems, Commerce, Marketing, Management, or related discipline.

Minimum 10 years of relevant managerial or leadership experience in e-commerce, retail, trading, consumer products, or related industries.

Proven track record in business development, strategic planning, and operational management.

Strong financial management and budgeting skills.

Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.

Experience managing multi-functional teams and business operations.

Ability to analyze market trends and implement effective growth strategies.

Proficient in the use of e-commerce platforms and digital business tools.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in e-commerce retail, personal shopper services, online marketplaces, or cross-border sourcing.

Familiarity with digital marketing, customer acquisition strategies, and supply chain management.

Strong network of industry contacts and business partners.
