They are currently seeking Mandarin bilingual professionals to support their operations in the Philippines. Position: Mandarin Production Data Analyst (Work On-site) Company Industry: Well-established Asia-Pacific Manufacturing Work Location: Bataan Work Schedule: Dayshift Schedule Salary: Negotiable Work Set Up: Work On-site BENEFITS : - HMO - 13th Month Pay - Sick leave and Vacation leave - Government Mandated Benefits - Other benefits will be discussed by the company REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB: - Open to Filipinos and Filipino-Chinese who are proficient in Mandarin and English. - Bachelor’s degree in Engineering courses and other related courses. - Having experience working in the Engineering Department is a big advantage. - Having experience as a translator or interpreter is a big plus. RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE JOB APPLICATION: - Mandarin Production Interpreter is responsible for providing real-time interpretation during meetings, production discussions, and technical briefings. - Translate instructions from Mandarin-speaking supervisors or engineers to local staff and vice versa. - Assist Mandarin-speaking engineers or managers in communicating with the Production Engineering team. - Act as a bridge between local employees and Mandarin-speaking counterparts. - Accompany Mandarin-speaking supervisors during line inspections.
