Job Description :
- Create dynamic, engaging Mandarin lessons for our team.
- Tailor curriculum to support our companys goals and employee growth.
- Track progress and offer personalized feedback.
- Collaborate with HR to ensure training aligns with company objectives.
Job Requirements :
- Bachelors degree in Education, Linguistics, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience teaching Mandarin to adults.
- HSK 4 certification.
- Exceptional communication skills in Mandarin and English.
- Strong organizational skills and a collaborative spirit.
- Must be domiciled in the Jakarta or Bekasi area.
