MANICURIST

Job Description

We are looking for a skilled and customer-oriented Manicurist to join our team. The ideal candidate should be passionate about nail care, beauty treatments, and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform manicure and pedicure services, including nail cleaning, trimming, filing, shaping, and polishing.

• Provide nail care treatments to maintain healthy and well-groomed fingernails and toenails.

• Perform cuticle care and remove dead skin cells safely and professionally.

• Apply nail polish, gel polish, and other nail products according to customers' preferences.

• Recommend suitable nail care services and products based on customers' needs.

• Maintain high standards of hygiene and sanitation by sterilising tools and keeping the workstation clean.

• Ensure all nail tools, equipment, and work areas are properly maintained.

• Provide professional, friendly, and attentive customer service to ensure a positive customer experience.

• Assist customers with service selections and address their enquiries professionally.

• Keep track of nail care products and inform the supervisor when supplies need replenishment.

• Follow company procedures, service standards, and workplace policies.

• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Job Requirements

• Previous experience as a manicurist or nail technician is preferred.

• Candidates with relevant nail care training or certification will have an advantage.

• Good knowledge of manicure, pedicure, and basic nail care techniques.

• Able to perform nail treatments with care, precision, and attention to detail.

• Good customer service and communication skills.

• Friendly, patient, responsible, and willing to learn.

• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

• Willing to work on weekends and public holidays according to the work schedule.

• Able to maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and professionalism at all times.
