Hi! I’m Jordan, the head of HR at Mannix Marketing.
We’re a digital marketing agency based in the U.S, and we’ve been helping businesses grow online since 1996. Our work focuses on delivering real, measurable results - especially in PPC, SEO, and web design - and we’re proud to support a wide range of clients, from local companies to national brands.

We’re looking for a PPC Specialist.
We need someone highly analytical and detail-oriented, with solid hands-on experience managing PPC campaigns in fast-paced environments.
You should be comfortable working independently while also collaborating closely with strategists to improve performance and execution speed. Experience working with smaller budgets and highly targeted campaigns is especially important.
In this role, you will:
🚀 Develop and execute PPC strategies across Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, and social platforms
🎯 Create, manage, and optimize search, display, video, remarketing, and social campaigns
🔍 Conduct keyword research to identify growth and optimization opportunities
✍️ Write compelling ad copy and support landing page performance improvements
📊 Implement bid strategies to maximize performance and budget efficiency
📈 Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance with actionable insights
🤝 Collaborate with SEO, content, and social teams for integrated campaign execution
Working Hours : This is a full-time contract role with flexible hours, but we do ask for at least 4 hours of overlap between 9 AM – 4 PM EST to allow for collaboration and meetings.
Time Tracking: As part of our standard process, we require time tracking through Toggl for client billing. All candidates should be comfortable with logging their time consistently.
You’ll be reporting to Alexis Connor, Digital Marketing Manager at Mannix Marketing. Alexis leads PPC strategy and campaign execution across client accounts and works closely with the wider marketing team to drive performance and growth.
