Manpower Sales Executive

We are looking for a motivated Manpower Sales Executive to join our team. You will be responsible for sourcing new clients and candidates, and matching job seekers with suitable employment opportunities.

Responsibilities:

• Actively source and prospect for new clients (employers) in need of manpower solutions
• Source and screen candidates for job placements
• Match candidates to suitable job vacancies based on client requirements
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates
• Follow up on placements to ensure client and candidate satisfaction
• Meet sales targets and KPIs

Requirements:

• Prior experience in sales, recruitment, or manpower industry preferred
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated with strong negotiation skills
• Comfortable with outdoor client visits and prospecting
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office
