What You’ll Do

• Operate and set up manual machine tools, including lathes, mills, grinders, and drill presses, along with Hass CNC.
• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, GD&T requirements, and CAD models.
• Use precision measuring tools, including calipers, micrometers, bore gauges, and dial indicators, to verify dimensions and tolerances.
• Inspect finished parts, document measurements, and maintain quality records.
• Perform routine machine maintenance, change tooling, and maintain a safe, organized work area.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Manufacturing teams to support tooling, fabrication, repairs, and process improvements.
• Assist with assembly, modifications, and other shop activities as needed.
• Support continuous improvement efforts to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and maintain quality standards.

What You’ll Bring

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 1 year of CNC machining
• Manual lathe experience preferred.
• Ability to read blueprints, use machining equipment and hand tools, and work accurately to tight tolerances.
• Strong mechanical aptitude, analytical and troubleshooting skills, and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with team members.
• Computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office; intermediate Excel skills are a plus.
