What You Will Do

• Execute manual testing on complex web applications to identify bugs, performance bottlenecks, and usability issues.

• Define the scope of testing and develop comprehensive, structured testing approaches and test plans for new features and projects.

• Create and maintain meticulous test documentation, including test cases, test suites, and status reports.

• Manage defects throughout their entire lifecycle using Jira and other industry-standard bug-tracking tools.

• Collaborate closely with cross-functional project teams, including developers and product managers, to ensure timely and high-quality releases.

What You Bring

• 4+ years of experience in manual QA engineering, with a proven track record in web project testing.

• Deep knowledge of QA methodologies, testing processes, standards, and the software development lifecycle (SDLC).

• Technical proficiency in basic SQL for data verification and experience navigating bug-tracking systems like Jira.

• Analytical mindset with a sharp eye for detail and a structured, scientific approach to problem-solving.

• Language skills: Native or fluent Greek speaker with at least B2-level English proficiency (both written and verbal).

• Bonus points for: Experience with API testing or Internationalization (I18n) and Localization (L10n) testing.
