We’re looking for a Manual QA Engineer who will play a key role in validating and improving our Generative AI products, with a strong focus on manual functional testing, user acceptance testing, and developer support.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on testing, understands user behavior, and wants to work close to cutting-edge AI products.

Your Role

As a Manual QA Engineer at PEAK, you will be responsible for ensuring that our AI-driven products behave correctly, consistently, and make sense from a real user’s perspective.

These are not requirements, but will be considered a plus:

• Experience with test automation or maintaining automated test suites.
• Familiarity with GenAI evaluation concepts or tools, such as:
  • RAGAS/Deep Eval
  • OpenAI Evals
  • other LLM evaluation or benchmarking approaches
• Experience testing RAG-based systems.
• Background in fintech or other regulated, enterprise environments.

  • UAT processes
  • release processes
• Experience testing web applications (mobile testing is a plus).
• Ability to think in user journeys, not just individual test cases.
• Confidence in writing clear, structured bug reports.
• Strong attention to detail and good communication skills.
