What You Will Do

• Execute End-to-End Testing: Perform comprehensive manual testing of core platform features, robust APIs, and complex third-party integrations.

• Investigate & Localize Issues: Dive deep into devtools, system logs, and databases to pinpoint, analyze, and document technical defects.

• Drive Test Strategy: Collaborate closely with the engineering team to evolve, implement, and elevate the overall platform test strategy.

• Own the Bug Lifecycle: Manage, track, and oversee defects within JIRA from initial discovery through to successful verification and closure.

• Support Seamless Releases: Partner with DevOps and Development teams to ensure smooth, stable, and high-quality production deployments.

• Mitigate Risks Early: Actively collaborate with cross-functional teams (Dev, DevOps, Product) to identify potential quality risks at the earliest stages of the SDLC.

• Mentor & Lead: Guide and mentor junior to mid-level QA engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and process optimization.

What You Bring

Minimum Qualifications:

• Experience: 4+ years of proven experience in software testing with a heavy emphasis on backend testing and client-server architecture.

• API Testing Mastery: Strong experience validating REST APIs and JSON structures using tools like Postman, Swagger, or equivalent.

• Database Proficiency: Solid SQL knowledge, including the ability to confidently write complex queries, perform joins, and interact with databases directly.

• QA Documentation: Demonstrated experience defining test scopes and maintaining structured Test Plans, Test Cases, and Checklists.

• Analytical Mindset: Advanced troubleshooting skills and a scientific approach to problem-solving (e.g., reading server logs, analyzing network traffic).

• Tools & Collaboration: High proficiency with JIRA and Confluence, alongside strong communication skills to align with developers, architects, and product managers.

• Language Skills: Intermediate+ to Upper-Intermediate level of English (both written and verbal).

Nice-to-Haves:

• Familiarity with test automation (TypeScript) and a strong willingness to contribute to automated testing frameworks.

• Hands-on experience with Mobile testing (iOS/Android).

• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and modern deployment tools.

• Previous experience using Allure TestOps as a Test Management System (TMS).
