Manual QA

Required skills:

• Experience as manual QA or QA course certificate;
• Knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes;
• English level — upper-intermediate;
• Understanding of the development processes and software lifecycle;
• Knowledge of theory and principles of testing;
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS and browser developer tool;
• Basic knowledge of WordPress (Install theme as a demo, creation of custom posts, etc.).

As a plus:

• Conduct thorough testing of websites for client projects
• Test Apps, Themes, Widgets on the different CMS;
• Experience in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases;
• Knowledge of project management methodologies;
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities:

Perform manual testing of applications across different eCommerce platforms.

• Analyze product logic and expected behavior.
• Test application functionality to ensure all features work correctly.
• Test UI/layout components, including styles, responsiveness, element visibility, and design consistency.
• Test integrations with third-party services, such as email service providers.
• Create clear and detailed bug reports.
• Validate billing, subscription, trial period, and payment flows.
• Test customer journeys, including app installation and uninstallation, subscription creation, widget setup, and widget/script display on the storefront.
• Verify the correct functionality of widgets, including pop-ups, embedded widgets, and forms.
• Perform testing in development, staging, and production environments.
• Collaborate closely with developers and Project Managers to identify, report, and resolve issues efficiently.
