Manual QA Test Analyst

• Design and maintain test cases based on user stories and acceptance criteria
  
• Execute manual functional and usability testing for web and mobile applications
  
• Perform cross-browser and cross-platform testing (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, iOS, Android)
  
• Test across application layers including UI, API, and database
  
• Report defects with clear reproduction steps and detailed analysis
  
• Collaborate closely with developers and analysts to clarify requirements and resolve issues
  
• Participate in sprint ceremonies including planning, refinement, and retrospectives
  
• Support continuous improvement of testing practices within Scrum teams
  
• Use AI-assisted tools to enhance testing efficiency and coverage
  

Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of experience in software testing roles
  
• Experience testing web and mobile applications
  
• Experience testing across UI, API, and database layers
  
• Ability to write SQL queries for test validation
  
• Strong analytical thinking and communication skills
  
• Experience working in Agile Scrum environments
  
• Good understanding of SDLC, testing methodologies, and QA principles
  
• Experience with Jira and Confluence
  
• English at minimum B2 level
  

• Experience working with AI-assisted testing tools
  
• Exposure to payments, fintech, or digital platforms
  
• Experience in multi-team or large-scale product environments
  
• Understanding of test optimisation and coverage improvement practices
