Key Responsibilities

• Perform Functional, Regression, Integration, System and UAT testing.
• Design, prepare and execute test cases, test scenarios and test scripts based on business and functional requirements.
• Identify, document, track and follow up on defects using JIRA / ALM.
• Perform defect analysis and coordinate with development and business teams for resolution.
• Use SQL for database validation and backend data verification.
• Perform API testing using Postman / SoapUI.
• Validate data and application behaviour involving Kafka where required.
• Maintain test documentation, test evidence and project-related knowledge in Confluence.
• Follow Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) and Agile/Scrum practices.
• Coordinate with developers, Business Analysts, Product Owners and other stakeholders to ensure quality delivery.
• Provide clear testing status, defect reports and test execution updates.
