Manual Tester

The Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and curious Manual Tester to join our QA team. You will work with our backend, mobile and product teams to test new features before they reach users. You will report to the QA Lead / Engineering Lead and learn from experienced team members while taking on real responsibility from the start

What You'll Do

• Write and execute test cases and test plans for our mobile apps (Android and iOS) and web services
• Log, document and track bugs clearly using Jira or similar tools
• Perform functional, regression, exploratory and usability testing on different devices
• Work with developers to understand features and reproduce issues
• Read requirements and specifications and share your feedback on them
• Help the product team check that new releases meet acceptance criteria
• Keep test scenarios and QA documents up to date

What We're Looking For

• 0 to 2 years of experience in manual testing (freshers with strong testing fundamentals are welcome)
• Good understanding of the software testing life cycle (STLC), test case design and bug life cycle
• Exposure to testing mobile apps (Android/iOS) or web applications, through work, internships or academic projects
• Basic knowledge of API testing tools such as Postman or Swagger
• Familiarity with Jira, TestRail or similar tools
• Awareness of Agile/Scrum
• Good attention to detail, a problem-solving mindset and a user-first approach
• Clear written and verbal communication, so you can explain bugs well

Nice to Have

• Basic SQL knowledge
• Interest in learning automation (Selenium, Appium)
• Basic knowledge of Git and CI/CD
• ISTQB or other QA certification, or a testing course
• Interest in ride-hailing, mobility or logistics
