Manual Tester

As a Manual Tester, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products through thorough testing and validation processes. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute test cases based on functional specifications and requirements. - Identify, document, and track defects using appropriate tools. - Collaborate with developers and product managers to understand requirements and provide feedback on product functionality. - Conduct regression testing to ensure that existing functionalities remain intact after updates. - Participate in test planning and strategy discussions to improve testing processes. - Provide detailed reports on testing progress and results to stakeholders. Required Skills: - Proficiency in manual testing techniques and methodologies. - Experience with Ingenium software is a plus. - Knowledge of the life insurance industry and its specific testing requirements. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
