Manual Tester (Mid to Senior Level)

Salary: ₱70,000 – ₱95,000 per month

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Developing detailed test plans and test cases to cover all functional and non-functional requirements

• Executing manual tests across various platforms and environments

• Identifying, documenting, and reporting defects in a timely manner

• Collaborating with developers, product owners, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and resolve issues

• Providing feedback and recommendations for improving the testing process and software quality

• Staying up-to-date with the latest testing methodologies and tools

• Report testing progress and highlight issues or risks to the Test Manager

Qualifications:

• At least 3-6 years of experience as a Manual Tester.

• Proficient in manual testing methodologies, test case design, and defect management.

• Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to identify and troubleshoot complex issues.

• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

• Familiarity with agile development methodologies and processes.

• Must be willing to work on a full onsite work arrangement.
