We are looking for a highly skilled and technicallycapable Curtain Installation Technician to join our precision installationteam. This role demands on-site expertise in custom curtain fitting, structuralmounting, and client-facing service. The ideal candidate will possess a strongbackground in interior installations, spatial measurement, and mechanicalhardware handling.
This is not a routine laborrole — attention to architectural detail, safety standards, and customer satisfactionis essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform high-precision on-site curtain system installations, including motorized and manual tracks
- Conduct spatial assessments and verify site conditions for compatibility with product specifications
- Interpret technical drawings and mounting plans to ensure accurate execution
- Safely operate a variety of tools (e.g., hammer drills, laser levels, anchor setting tools)
- Communicate effectively with designers, site managers, and end clients during the installation process
- Resolve site-specific challenges in real-time, adjusting installation methods accordingly
- Document installation outcomes and provide feedback for quality assurance and process improvement
Candidate Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in curtain, blinds, or similar fixture installation
- Familiarity with ceiling and wall material types (e.g., concrete, gypsum, wood) and proper anchor methods
- Strong spatial reasoning and mechanical aptitude
- Ability to read blueprints, installation manuals, and technical drawings
- Professional appearance and conduct; ability to represent the company at client sites
- Comfortable working at heights or on ladders when necessary
