In this highly visible role, you will manage selection, implementation & optimization of manufacturing processes for mechanical enclosure subassemblies for our legendary products.

Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor degree in Mechanical engineering, Material, automation or mechanical design. Master degree is plus.
- Fluent in English as a working language (verbal and written)
Preferred Qualifications
- Cross disciplinary knowledges like chemistry, machine learning are considered plus.
- Self motivated and result oriented mindset
- Ability to work on manufacturing sites independently and willingness on over 50% travel frequently (mainly in Asia).
- Ability to navigate through ambiguity and find right direction.
- ability to manage the conflicts and execute actions and deliver results;
- Quick learner, capable to quickly pick up process knowledge.
