Description
We are hiring under Recruit Express headcount and you will be deployed to:
Location: Changi (Onsite)
Department: Manufacturing Engineering – Sterilization, Resilia & Packaging
Salary: Up to $6,500/month
Contract Duration: 12 Months (Renewable)
Job Responsibilities
Support manufacturing automation, digitalisation and process improvement projects.
Design and improve manufacturing equipment, tools, fixtures and production processes.
Develop software solutions and provide technical support for coding and automation projects.
Assist in gathering validation data, conducting engineering tests and preparing technical reports.
Apply programming tools such as Python, Power BI and other languages to improve manufacturing efficiency.
Support troubleshooting of automated equipment and implementation of new technologies.
Prepare technical documentation, work instructions and training materials.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve manufacturing issues and improve operational performance.
Explore AI, robotics and Industry 4.0 technologies for manufacturing applications.
Requirements
Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Engineering, Mechatronics, Automation or a related scientific discipline.
Relevant experience in manufacturing engineering, automation, digitalisation or software development is advantageous.
Knowledge of Python, Power BI or other programming languages.
Knowledge of C# or C programming would be an advantage.
Understanding of automated equipment, robotics, industrial automation or equipment troubleshooting is preferred.
Exposure to AI, machine learning, Industry 4.0 or smart manufacturing projects would be beneficial.
Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
Able to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
