Manufacturing Engineer Co-op

Job Summary:

This co-op position offers students hands-on experience in a fast-moving manufacturing environment, providing the opportunity to apply classroom knowledge to real-world challenges while building a strong foundation for a future engineering career by designing and optimizing manufacturing processes, supporting production operations, improving workflow efficiency, and contributing to the creation of high-quality products.

Co-ops Will Learn How To:

• Handle fabrication, tooling, wiring, and building control panels.
• Design and build fixturing for product assembly.
• Conduct process studies to aid in manufacturing cell design.
• Apply Lean principles by identifying waste, participating in value stream mapping, and engaging in A3 problem-solving activities.
