Manufacturing Engineer, Investment Casting

This role will be joining the Manufacturing in precision casting producing sophisticated aluminum, steel and superalloys that will be used as raw materials in the aviation sector.

Position Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end engineering development related to investment casting process, wax injection, shell coating, mold preparation, metal alloy melting and solidification.
• Handle develop process plans, work instructions, manual and technical directions / documentations for the manufacturing processes.
• Support CNC part machining processes, design machine fixtures and assist operators in milling, turning, grinding operations.

Position Requirements:

• Bachelors Degree in Material Science, Mechanical Engineering, Precision Engineering and/or Aerospace.
• 1 to 2 years working experience in engineering related to investment casting.
• Knowledge in Aerospace / Aviation material investment techniques such as Metal Aluminum, Stainless Steel, Nickel-Base Equiaxed.
