Manufacturing Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Manufacturing Engineer to join our team in Andhra Pradesh. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in manufacturing processes, particularly in coil and press shops. As a Manufacturing Engineer, you will play a crucial role in optimizing production efficiency and ensuring high-quality standards in our manufacturing operations. Key Responsibilities: - Design, implement, and improve manufacturing processes to enhance productivity and reduce costs. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve production issues. - Conduct time and motion studies to analyze workflow and identify areas for improvement. - Develop and maintain process documentation, including work instructions and standard operating procedures. - Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards in the manufacturing environment. - Provide technical support and training to production staff on new processes and equipment. - Monitor production metrics and implement corrective actions as necessary to meet production goals.
