Our client is an established semiconductor manufacturer in Singapore, producing high-purity silicon wafers used in semiconductor chip manufacturing. Below position is open urgently.

About the Role:
You will supervise line leaders and operators, coordinate production resources and implement improvements to achieve daily output, quality, productivity and yield targets.
Responsibilities:
- Lead line leaders and operators to achieve daily production targets.
- Conduct shift handover meetings, address production issues and escalate concerns promptly.
- Plan manpower, overtime and consumables to support production requirements.
- Ensure compliance with manufacturing procedures and workplace safety standards.
- Train and coach team members to improve performance.
- Implement continuous improvement activities to reduce human error and improve efficiency.
- Maintain good discipline and housekeeping on the production floor.
- Coordinate with other departments on projects, evaluations and preventive maintenance activities.
Requirements:
- Degree in Engineering, Science, Production or a related discipline.
- Experience in a high-tech, high-volume manufacturing environment is preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication and team coordination skills.
- Ability to manage production priorities and resolve operational issues.
- Willingness to work onsite in Singapore on 12-hour permanent shifts (Permanent day or night shift as per assigned by reporting manager).
