Manufacturing Engineer-Rotor

Position Summary

Responsible for daily production support by shift from technical perspective.
Support for new line & new machine & machine update introduction ( from final-acceptance to SOP).

Key Job Areas of Responsibilities:

NPI project execution

• Responsible for machining process validation, support proto sample builds, equipment setup and debugging, tooling and fixture validation, and production readiness activities during the New Product Introduction (NPI) phase.

• Work with engineer with all open issues to ensure new products are successfully launched into mass production while meeting quality, cost, and delivery requirements.

• Responsible for continuous improvement by kaizen, cycle time, change over, standard work, 5s etc.

• Responsible for new operator training & assessing to good lever of skill

Qualifications

High School degree minimum
Technical Degree Preferred
2 – 5 years’ experience in machining plant/process (balancing,molding,assembly,welding,grinding,lathing,washing etc.)
Inject molding experience (Preferred)
