Manufacturing Engineer

1.Support the entire development process from NPD engineer design inputs through to mass production.
2.Understand NPD design concepts from sub-components to assembled products.
3.Collaborate closely with sourcing teams and vendors to assess capabilities and develop sub-components.
4.Work with NPD engineers and vendors to complete Design for Manufacturability (DFM) for each OS-made component.
5.Design assembly fixtures from prototype to mass production stages.
6.Develop and document assembly Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) to optimize manufacturability.
