Responsibilities

• Plan, implement and improve the assembly and manufacturing system and its processes according to ZF Foxconn standards and policies as well as customer requirements.
• Train and support maintenance technicians in debugging and fixing production equipment to ensure continuous production
• Implement engineering- and process changes as well as safety guidelines.
• Teach and lead by means of “hands on”- practicing principles and techniques of the running production system.
• Establish and update process documentation, such as maintenance instructions, work instructions, production line layout, assembly manual, back-up documentation and related documents.
• Guide and support the Ramp-up of new manufacturing projects.
• Provide technical support to internal customers.
• Take care of assembly line parameterization.
• Optimize settings for technical assembly equipment (nut runners, presses, wheel alignment etc.).

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or higher degree in the field of engineering
• Min. 3-5 years of professional experience in manufacturing and assembly operations
• Profound analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong focus on maintenance
• Auto CAD experience, MS Office knowledge, and PLC understanding
• Good mechanical and technical skills
• Good communication skills
• Working proficiency in English and Hungarian languages
