This is a key leadership role responsible for process improvement, capacity, productivity, automation, new product introduction, and manufacturing engineering leadership.

We need a technical leader who enjoys being on the production floor, solving problems, developing people, and turning ideas into measurable results.

What You'll Do

  • Lead and develop the Manufacturing Engineering team.
  • Improve productivity, quality, throughput, safety, and cost.
  • Identify and eliminate manufacturing bottlenecks.
  • Lead Lean and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Identify and implement automation, tooling, fixtures, and new technology.

  • Provide Design for Manufacturability (DFM) expertise.

  • Analyze capacity, labor, cycle times, and manufacturing costs.
  • Partner with Operations, Quality, Engineering, and Sales.
  • Develop manufacturing strategies to support significant business growth.

The Leader We're Looking For

We want someone who is hands-on, entrepreneurial, analytical, proactive, and results-driven.

You should be comfortable working directly with operators and leadership to identify problems, determine root causes, develop solutions, and drive implementation.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical Engineering, or related field; equivalent experience considered.
  • 7+ years of manufacturing engineering experience preferred.
  • Experience leading engineering or technical teams.
  • Strong manufacturing process and problem-solving skills.

  • Strong Microsoft Office and Excel skills.

Preferred: Electrical/electromechanical manufacturing, wire harness or cable assembly, automation, robotics, ERP/MRP, CAD, Six Sigma, Kaizen, and EOS/Traction experience.

Why Join Elektro Assemblies?

This is not a maintenance role. You'll help build the future manufacturing operation of Elektro Assemblies.

Your work will directly impact capacity, quality, productivity, profitability, and our ability to scale.

If you're a manufacturing engineering leader who wants to build, improve, solve problems, develop people, and make a measurable impact, we'd like to hear from you.

Build the Process. Develop the People. Scale the Business.
