For one of our clients, SSC of a global manufacturing leader based in the center of Poznan, we are looking for Manufacturing Finance Controller
The offer

- University degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in Controlling, Manufacturing Finance, FP&A, or a similar analytical finance role.
- Good knowledge of ERP systems, preferably SAP and advanced Excel skills.
- Experience with reporting and data visualization tools such as Power BI.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret financial and operational data.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic international environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Fluent English (French would be an advantage).
- Proactive approach, ownership mindset, and continuous improvement orientation.
- Comfortable working both independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
